It was a cold,  grey,  wet and windy day today when we were ready to go out this morning so She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed put on her winter boots and a wax jacket and decided we would have a good walk this morning and then she could light the fire and be a totally boring couch potato this afternoon!
First we got the bus to the horses. As Imshi is VERY old......30 this year. ......he needs a bit of extra attention. Sara finished hers first and thought he needed a bit of help! But he's very good at keeping her out of his bucket.
When the horses were fed we got the bus to Patch. The sun had come out by now and She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed was sorry she'd put so many clothes on! The tide was all wrong as well so we couldn't walk very far on the beach. So we decided to go across the fields to Cardigan.
If you biggify this picture you can see that that flat thing in the water is a boat. It's a replica of the sort of boat they used to take the stone from the Preselli mountains to make Stonhenge all those thousands of years ago. Some students built it last year and were going to recreate the voyage. I don't think I'd like to go all that way in that specially with a load of rocks on board!
Anyway I led the way along the path
And found a muddy place to drink while I was waiting for She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed to catch up.
Last time we came this way they woz harvesting the maize in this field. Look at it now.
We had to go through the field with these big beasties in. Although I had She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed on her leading rope I kept very close to her just in case they thought she was dangerous and started to chase us. They were very good and just watched as we went past.
Phew.
Look at the primroses in the bank. Spring is here at last.
That's St.Dogmaels over there. We're nearly in Cardigan now.

 Look Celandines as well.
We stopped for some munchies in the park overlooking the netpool when we got to Cardigan.
What is this tree hanging on to? We met someone who said he used to play in it when he was a pup. It looks like people play underneath it now.
I thought we were going to catch the bus home then after all it was getting on for lunch time but guess what, She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed took me to the place Where the  V.E.T man lives! Why we going here? I's not ill I don't need no V.E.Tman. but it turned out we only had to pick up some special shampoo for poor old Imshi cos he's got some horrible bitey bugs bugging him. Nasty bugs leave him alone he don't need you bugging him!
She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed didn't get to be boring on the sofa this afternoon, she ended up doing some weeding in the garden instead. If I pull any plants up I get told off. .............

Dear Finn,
you live in a very beautiful place! I'd love to go there and have a walk with you (exept for the Vet).
Your horses are very nice and I'd be probably afraid of them, but I like them!
Love
Arno

Yes Arno. I am really lucky to live here but you get to some really cool places as well. A brave dog like you would soon get used to the horses.
