Severn side show

Here we are at Bath race course for the Severnside show. This is the third show this month, how good is that? The weather was just brilliant yesterday so different from last year when the tent ended up in 2 inches of water and we had to be towed out of the site.

That's me jumping yesterday.

She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed was so pleased with me.

Golden valley show

We had another show last weekend, this time it was at top barn farm near Worcester. Beryl picked us up on Friday lunchtime but we had to go to the garage on the way to get the brakes fixed. Then we stopped at Halfway for a walk in the forest like we always used to.
In the morning I was so excited I couldn't concentrate at all. We had a run in the first class and it was a disaster! I jumped off the top of the dog walk and ended up in the next ring with a collie who ran away from me. She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed was really cross with me and dragged me out of the ring and shut me in the car while she went off to cool off. If we had been on our own we would have gone straight home but we did our other two runs later and didn't do too bad.

Wye Valley show

Well here we are again at Monmouth for another show. It's Wye Valley this time. I have to stay by the car looking after sooty and tansy while She Who Thinks She must be obeyed puts the tent up.

Home sweet home for the weekend and the kettle on for a cup of tea already.

The next morning dawns bright and sunny and She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed dons shorts and tiny T-shirt and soaks my towelling coat to keep me cool. Then it's time for action. .....

 I love the seesaw.
 Weavies.
Don't tell anyone that I got my contact on the A frame!
 Come on mum,  keep up.

Cooling off in the river afterwards.
We didn't get a clear round this weekend but we did enjoy ourselves.
