I went to the V.E.T LADY

I had to go to the V.E.T.lady on Tuesday. She was very nice and agreed with what She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed thought and said she was doing all the right things except three short walks on the flat (!! ! We live in Wales. Wales is made of hills and mountains. ) are better than one long walk. I'm not sure I agree with this, surely as I'm used to long walks I should keep doing them while I can?  Anyway I've got the dreaded wobbly leg thingy (CDRM) and She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed wanted to find out about doggy wheelchairs for (much) later if I need to have one. I'm not sure about that idea either but I do like the idea of the hydrotherapy pool she went to see yesterday. It doesn't reopen till the weather warms up at the end of March but I'm really looking forward to going there.
Anyway after we saw the V.E.T lady we went for a walk along the river to the wildlife park. We were very good. It's not a long walk and it's very flat. Here are some photos She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed took.

New Friends

I was really lucky today, I had two big walks and a ride in auntie Jane's dogmobile. This morning we did our normal two and a half hour walk to feed the horses coming back across Aberporth beach and then because She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed ate too much Sunday lunch we went to Tresaith with Auntie Jane and Auntie Anjeannette.
I made two new friends as well. Maverick the great dane and Dougie the baby shepherd. I don't meet many dogs bigger than me, we had a bit of a difference of opinion on the way home and Maverick pinned me on the ground, there's not many can do that! She Who Thinks She Must Be Obeyed wasn't very sympathetic she said now I know what it's like when I play rough with smaller dogs!
Dougie was tired out when we got back and crashed on the kitchen floor.
